The Augmented Reality for Books Xperience allows readers to see a 3D model in their world. For example, a reader might be reading about a minotaur and after scanning the appropriate QR code, the reader will see the minotaur standing in their bedroom. Depending on how the Xperience has been created, they could even hear the minotaur growling at them (or whatever noise minotaurs make 🙂 ). They can pinch and zoom, and rotate the minotaur until it’s in just the right spot, take a picture of their friend standing next to it, and share it on social media.
